Baseball Arm Care - Warmup Bands

The shoulder blade and the rotator cuff, both critical to baseball mechanics, are often neglected or misused. You should ALWAYS do bands before you throw. This could mean 5-7 times a week during the season if this is how often you are throwing. Players will be reponsible for performing the warmup bands routine before every training session at the training facility. Whenever possible, during the off season, on off training days, it is recommended that players do one set of 10 for each up to three times a day or 3 sets once a day. Baseball Arm Care - Recovery Bands

As a pitcher, your arm is your most valuable asset, and taking care of it is crucial for longevity and peak performance on the mound. While we emphasize pre-game arm care and warm-ups, a routine of post-game arm care is equally necesary. A post-game routine aids in the recovery process, restores lost mobility and ensures your arm remains in top shape for your next outing.
